awesome views overlooking the Yarra River, central location with easy tram access, clean and well-stocked suites
Expecting basic amenities like a proper kitchenette setup!!! The washing machine/dryer combo takes ages to finish!!! Noise from nearby trains can disrupt sleep quite a bit.

Great spot for a city trip
We had a nice 3-night stay! The room was spacious, and the bed was comfy on my side, but my partner found theirs too soft. The breakfast buffet was good for $24, lots to choose from. Location is perfect—easy to walk to trams and Flinders St Just watch out for shower awkwardness. it's huge but tricky to use!

amazing walking access to parks and attractions in melbourne
I loved the location, especially being just a few steps from the SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium and less than a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Royal Botanic Gardens, which made it so easy to enjoy leisurely strolls through the city during my stay.

Convenient Location with Great Amenities
Our family's stay for a weekend getaway exceeded our expectations. The one-bedroom suite was comfortable, and we loved the proximity to the riverwalk, with charming cafes and eateries nearby. Breakfast each morning was a delightful start to our day. Don't miss the convenient onsite restaurant and bar for relaxing evenings.

The spacious suite felt like home, with lovely river views. The common areas were accessible, making it easy for us seniors to navigate. It was delightful to watch the evening lights reflecting on the water.
More comfortable seating in the common areas.

missingWrote a review on 21 Junstunning viewconvenient amenitiesdated decor
The view from the river view rooms is absolutely stunning, especially at night when the lights from the city reflect on the water. The in-room amenities, like the microwave and fridge, provide a level of convenience that many city hotels overlook, making it easy to store snacks or heat up a meal.
The decor in the rooms feels rather tired, with some dated furniture that could use a refresh. The bath/shower setup is cramped, and if you’re not careful, it can easily turn into a water park situation with splashes all over the floor. Additionally, those looking for a firmer mattress might find the beds a bit too soft for a good night’s sleep. Lastly, the breakfast restaurant being closed limits dining options, though the nearby supermarket helps mitigate this.

Solid choice for a quick stay in Melbourne, value for money. The river view from my room was impressive and uplifting. Make sure to grab groceries ahead as food options nearby are limited.

Perfect for couples looking for a good time
The staff were fantastically friendly, especially when they upgraded us to a 2-bedroom suite with a amazing river view! Just sitting on the balcony watching the city light up at night, it was nice, made me forget about everything else. We also indulged in room service one night, and the food was OUT OF THIS WORLD!
It wasn’t the cheapest option out there, but worth it.
